Clear Aloe Jelly with Ice Cream

A transparent, refreshing jelly made using Dallas Aloe Vera Drink—perfect for layered desserts.

Boiling water1/2 cup
Vanilla ice creamAs needed

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water using the double-boiler method until fully clear, then let it cool slightly.
  2. Add the chilled Dallas Aloe Vera Drink to the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours until completely set.
  5. Unmold and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
