Mango Aloe Pudding (Instant Aloe-Mango Pudding)

A simple, nutritious, no-cook dessert.

Dallas Aloe Vera Drink1 cup
Ripe mango purée1/2 cup
Yogurt or Greek yogurt1/4 cup
Chia seeds1 tbsp
Coconut flakes or pistachio sliversFor garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the mango purée, yogurt (or Greek yogurt), and Dallas Aloe Vera Drink in a bowl.
  2. Add the chia seeds and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into dessert cups and cover.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (preferably overnight) until the chia seeds expand and the pudding thickens.
  5. Garnish with coconut or pistachio slivers before serving.
